These are the conditions of participation in the Ultimate Sydney New Year’s Eve 2026 Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), a bonus promotional lottery conducted by Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd (ACN 111 803 475) trading as Insight Charity Fundraising Services in support of the charity raffles it conducts on behalf of its clients. In these conditions the entrant is referred to as “you” and My Charity Raffle, Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd and the supporting charity/charities are referred to as “us,” “we” or “our,” as the context requires.

Please see the table of particulars above, which should be read together with the terms below.

The Prize

The holder of the winning entry will receive the Ultimate Sydney New Years Eve 2026 Giveaway prize, comprising:

• Return flights to Sydney from any Australian state capital for the winner and their partner or friend.
• Three (3) nights of 5-star accommodation at The Fullerton Hotel Sydney.
• Private transfers throughout the stay in Sydney.
• Tickets to the Opera Australia’s New Year’s Eve Gala at the Sydney Opera House.
• Views of the Sydney Harbour fireworks at midnight.

The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking and to the terms of the relevant suppliers (airline, hotel, Opera Australia and transfer provider).

This prize is for personal enjoyment and must not be used to promote any other business, cause or activity beyond personal use and enjoyment. With the consent of the promoter the prize may be transferred to a family member and must not be resold or offered as a prize. Children may accompany the winner but you accept the risk of exclusion from certain premises. An under 18 year old winner must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The prize is not redeemable for cash or other credit. If you, as the winner are unable to attend at any stage please notify us so the prize can be redrawn. There are no “rain checks.”

How To Enter

1. Choose the charity you would like to support from those participating in this Giveaway.
2. Purchase a charity raffle ticket for that charity for $25 or more.
3. You will receive additional entries into the Giveaway. The more you support your chosen charity, the more entries you may receive.

Entries received after 11:59pm AEDT on 1 December 2025 will not be eligible for the Giveaway draw.

Each qualifying purchase receives One entry in the Ultimate Sydney New Year’s Eve 2026 Giveaway. $25.00 purchaser receives 1 free entry. We reserve the right to change the offer and any future change will be applied to your purchase. You may enter more than once.

Free entry: No price is charged for entry into the game. Entry is only available by a paid purchase of entries in our Charity Raffles available on the My Charity Raffle website.

Eligibility

Entrants must be resident in Australia and aged 18 years or over. South Australian residents may not enter this games. Employees (and their immediate families) of Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd, the participating charity/charities and any agency associated with this Giveaway are not eligible to enter.

Draw Of Winner And Notification

The draw will take place as described above. An entrant will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and will be notified by telephone and in writing within two business days of the draw.

The drawn entry holder will be asked to confirm their identity and place of residence and asked to confirm if they are free to attend the New Year’s Eve prize event. If that person is free to attend he or she will be declared the winner and their first name and suburb (but not their address) will be published at mycharityraffle.com.au/blogs/winners and on social media as soon as possible after the draw.

Subject to state rules which may apply, if the winner does not respond to our reasonable attempts to notify them or cannot be contacted within 5 days of the draw, the award of the prize will be cancelled and a new winner drawn from the available valid entries.

If the winner is unable to attend or declines to accept the prize at any time a new entry will be drawn and that person offered the prize.

We reserve the right to exclude you from the draw if you are suspected to have attempted to exploit the rules, the website or the purchase methods. You must provide full identity particulars as requested when entering or when receiving a prize.

Fundraising

Fundraising services in connection with the underlying charity raffles are provided by Insight Holdings Consolidated Pty Ltd, Suite 5.02 / 241 Commonwealth Street, Surry Hills NSW 2010, under agreement with the participating charity/charities.

Changes To The Giveaway

These conditions are subject to change and correction. Significant changes will be published at MyCharityRaffle.com.au. We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion and subject to applicable law and any permit conditions, to cancel, suspend or postpone the Giveaway or the draw, or to substitute the Prize for one of equal or greater value. Nothing in this clause limits or alters your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. We may revise the entry criteria and the number of tickets available.

We will happily respond to any complaints. If our customer contact staff are unable to provide a satisfactory answer we will refer your question to senior management for attention.
